To ensure accurate and high-quality care during your virtual appointment, all patients are required to have the following:

  • Digital Blood Pressure Cuff – for accurate blood pressure readings
  • Soft Measuring Tape – for hip and waist measurements
  • Digital Weight Scale – to provide an up-to-date weight
  • Current Photo Identification – valid government-issued ID is required
  • Diet & Exercise Log
  • Home Medication List
  • Recent Labs (if available)
  • Imaging may be emailed to brittany@thehealinginjectionist.com
