How long is the initial virtual appointment and what do I need for it?
Your first appointment takes approximately 20 minutes and is conducted entirely virtually. To ensure accurate, high-quality care, you’ll need a digital blood pressure cuff, a soft measuring tape for waist and hip measurements, a digital weight scale, and a valid government-issued photo ID.
